[Solved] Paid for lifetime updates,. Cakewalk still tried to bill me monthly!!!!!!

I paid for lifetime updates on 8/24.  Today, on 9/7, Cakewalk still tried to bill me.  luckily I had just replaced my bank debit card so
the payment was denied.  This sucks big time.  I contacted tech support about a week ago because my products still showed up as monthly in account settings.  no reply.  NOt happy!!!!

Right it is the customer's responsibility to cancel a prior monthly membership when you switch to annual or lifetime.
Looks like you have already done that so you should be set going forward.
