Looks like the coltpeacemaker has been busted by KVR. Why do people feel the urge to stir the pot when the Rep of Sonar is on the line, I really don't know what you want accomplish by starting a thread at KVR with that intention.

I replied in it hoping that it wouldn't turn into a bash fest and come find out that was intended, for shame and trully unnecrssary. KVR has it's foibles but I'm beginning to believe some members here are causing the problems that they complain about in this thread.

It's not often you see the words "neutral" & "kvr" in the same sentence.

They HATE Sonar with a passion over there, almost as bad as GS

yes, but it is not a forum owned by one of the daw companies involved. and they have dislike for pro tools and pretty much every other daw there to differing degrees. it would be far more neutral than this forum or a pro tools forum on the discussion at hand

And at risk of being accused of membership in some "brigade" , no, there is no subscription and never has been.

I recently bought platinum as ive been a cakewalk user for years but took a break from it due to getting Abelton live studio for a gift and its been nothing but a rock. I havnt had a single crash glitch crackle or pop, and was wondering why more ppl are not using it? Pro tool i found to be slow and clunky to use so i gave up on that as i make house/trance and it just wasn't suitable for what i needed Abelton is really good i love using the clips to throw samples in and see what happens, cubase ive just never tried as their demo need a usb dongle! no thanks so Sonar was my pick off the crop and im glad i got it...cheers

This is not stirring the pot as some off you said its a perfectly fine question! and my point is made ppl in kvr are nothing but snowflakes! and CTR looks like coltpeacemaker has been busted hows that so? im yet to respond....

Yeah go ahead and ignore the fact your thread was locked and the fact the mod there read what you wrote here it's a figment of my "Snowflake" imagination.

Sonar is great for those that use it without or with few issues but payment plans aside there are some that have legitimate issues stopping them from using it.

No need to go on and on about whether it needs defending here or anywhere else for that matter. Once agian.... Glad it works for ya.

I recognize his DNS server and service provider. Some people find amusement in stirring pots. Others prefer to make music.

I recommend making no more posts in this thread.
