Don't know what I did but now have sound from Sound center and the expansion packs seem to work as well.

New it was too good to be true some of sound packs still can't find sfx files so looks like I am going to have to walk through each one and copy the files from steam to C: drive........

Another load copied into "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cakewalk\Vstplugins\Cakewalk Sound Center\Modules\Multisamples\Dimension Pro" seems to have sorted the reamianing expansion packs. Why on earth this could have not been part of the upgrade is inexcusable.

In addition to the store Cakewalk, Cakewalk many products are now available on Steam.
An insane logistics.
Sonar Producer X3 bought on Steam never worked. I do not know if they are bugs of the program or my experience "steam" was the worst deal of my musical life?
I had the idea of doing an upgrade to Platinum, received the activation code and then the Cakewalk site does not recognize. Time and money lost? I await a solution. Steam anymore. Sonar X3 producer or Platinum wish not. I wait one providence of Cakewalk ...

Comprei o Sonar X3 Producer no Steam nunca funcionou. Não sei se são bugs do programa ou a minha experiência "vapor" foi o pior negócio da minha vida musical?
 
Tive a idéia de fazer um Upgrade para o Platinum, recebi o código de ativação e depois no site Cakewalk não reconhece. Tempo e dinheiro perdido? Aguardo uma solução.  Steam nunca mais. Sonar X3 producer ou Platinum desejo que não. Aguardo uma providência da Cakewalk...

I need to integrate the Cakewalk instruments and CSC sound packs I purchased through Steam with a non-Steam Sonar Platinum installation. Have there been any advances on this front?

i think that you just need to make sure the path to the csc vsti (from steam) is in the vst manager settings for platinum (from cake) as it's just a vst instrument
