Absolutely top notch. I spent a lot of time listening to the 'Live and Dangerous' version of this song when it came out, and this is just about as close as you can get to the feel and power of that track. Just wonderful.

James, thanks. I'm not the mix guru that Mr. no999 is? He's one of the mix masters IMO... And not afraid to take some crits and make changes as he did here with the latest "Genevieve Morton remix..." What's funny is, I'd never heard it and was completely unfamiliar with it? But different music speaks to people differently. And we all have something from our past that touches us very deeply? Something we will always remember? (For me, unfortunately it was that first long night in prison... I never want to be touched that deeply again?) I'm sorry for that right there Lord.

But I digress... So yes, I guess the original when it came out? You guys were "feelin it." And if I could help recreate that in some small way? Then I have been wildly successful :-)

Many thanks and praise again to my colab partner, he's all that and a bag of chips. He put the stinked in "Distinct Honor..."  Before him? They used to call it a fresh honor? So yeah... It's a pretty special honor. Some will never comment? I'm sure they are good people, with good reasons; I still hope the best for them, and I try not to judge.  I realize, it is what it is. Many thanks for those who have listened and enjoyed :-) You have blessed me "personally."

Late to the show as usual...

nice cover... TL... The Boys are back in town..... and JailBreak are the 2 songs I associate with this band.... I have never heard this song, to my knowledge....

that said... I really like this and the guitar tone on the solo stuff was so sweet....

good job on the vox ... excellent playing  .... what else can I say... I enjoyed it.

Another amazing cover of a classic rock track i've listened to tonight and it's another winner in all departments.

I had this album back in the day.

Stunning production amd musicianship by you mark and an excellent vocal performance by Robby.

Those guitars sound magnificent and brilliantly played too.

Kudos to both of you for a great piece of work.

:-) I think it's our best to date? Mark is talented at the performance aspect? As well as the Engineering aspect? I am very lucky to have him as a collaborator, trust me... This fact is not lost on me. Thanks very much for the kind words. On stage? People cheer? However, most of them don't understand what goes in to it?

When people here applaud? "It has a special significance..." Again, from me personally? Thank you very much. It means a lot when coming from people who are musicians, and people whom I respect. "Thank you."

(Well that wasn't crazy at all? What's up with that!!??) Maybe you've misjudged him? Naaaaa, he's crazy, just hiding it?

Herb - Better late than never;)  Thanks for the listen and comment.   I never heard this song back in the day, ran across it on one of those Behind The Music stories a few years back.   Thought it was a pretty cool song.  Glad you liked it.

Daryl - Thanks for the comment.  Appreciate it, I am a fan of you guitar playing so that means a lot.

Blipp - Thanks for the kind words.  Very much appreciated.   Always a fan of Thin Lizzy so thought it would be an interesting song to cover, hadn't done one in this style yet.   Glad you liked it.  Thx.

Regards

Mark is actually the man?

I think we all know this?

I would like to find a way to put him "under my thumb"

I may in fact request a Stones cover next!!!
