You're absolutely right, it really doesn't come out tasting better than frying. In fact, it tastes horrible! You wouldn't want to try it at all!

craigb Au contraire mon chien!
For whatever it's worth, though dog is commonly used in english, in French, "chien" is pretty derogative and more or less falls into the same category as pig and rat... With that out of the way, French lesson's over. :P

Interesting. I guess Bing's translator needs a bit of work!

I'm definitely going try a ' Matcha Latte' for a change --- surely just one cup of this iridescently green, slimy and frothy brew can't hurt. Generally I have two cups of coffee early in the day, followed by at least six cups of tea.

Well, it is accurate. But common usage is a different story. ;) However, I and everyone must know that you certainly didn't mean anything derogatory...

Hi, If anyone has ever seen Godard's cup of coffee, it will make you ... not want to drink it for a while, but it gets weird quickly. It's an astrophysics like thing, that reminds me more of being totally ripped on some good acid than anything else ... not sure I want to inspire people to try that again, like we did way back when! But it was funny and worth watching!
Music is not about notes and chords! My poem is not about the computer or monitor or letters! It's about how I was able to translate it from my insides!

Hi, 1. Never use the oven past 375 unless you are not interested in the results. Normally anything higher than that you are asking for the piece to get roasted, not cooked! 2. If you use the piece of paper as mentioned, it will take away the majority of its flavor away, which is the reason why the frying pan is better. It's own fat keeps the flavor together. 3. Those are the ugliest eggs on a plate I have ever seen! 4. just because most restaurants do it that way doesn't mean it's right! duh.
That is why you go out to eat there! Actually, the home equipment is not conducive to doing bacon and most breakfasts that restaurants serve correctly. The large grills make a huge difference but homes do not have grills, and consequently, home cooking rarely learns to do food in a much more consistent way, than otherwise. The perfect example is pancakes, because a pan will never have the consistency of heat as a grill does to make a nice looking product! Btw, you can ask my mom ... and I still serve her breakfast in bed when the chance arrives at the lake. It includes some bacon, toast, tea, and fruit. She even goes around saying I can spoil her anytime! You don't know what you are missing!

Oh Yeah, that looks very yummy. Hey, that's the same cast iron pan I use -- everything turns are great in those pans (if the pan is well seasoned prior to use)!
