All the time. I replaced coffee w/ Earl Grey, with the exception morning cup. Seems to have had a positive impact on my health, if only for the fact that I sleep much better.

Can't do without my cup of Matcha tea in the morning. I even bought a tea whisk to mix it properly. I'm prone to mixing my teas though and will often add a ginger or peppermint teabag to it.

I'm sipping some coffee, Karyn. I don't have time for a band right now. That being said, I enjoy some tea from time to time. Once I found out that English Breakfast tea is not actually made from the pureed contents of an English Breakfast, it's become my favorite. I suppose you would just call it Breakfast tea, wouldn't you? I mean, you already have a fair idea of where you are, right? I don't take any milk, cream or sugar in mine because, well, it's tea.

Actually, a lot of these "Breakfast Teas" and such are a potpourri mix of various teas suited for a targeted market. If you don't mind brewing up your own tea (using boiling water with actual loose tea leaves), try some Ceylon tea (I get mine directly from back home). I think Amazon also carries it and a good brand is Dilmah.....very good quality. Oh yes, I also enjoy mine with milk and sugar.

I can usually open the box. I can't make promises about complex alchemy experiments involving arcane secret concoctions, bubbling cauldrons, and mystical ingredients. I fill a mug with hot water and drop a tea bag in it. That's about all of the hi-tech kitchen wizardry I can manage without the use of a microwave and a frozen pizza.
