Thank you, Jim Roseberry!
. I want to make it clear I have zero ownership in this business (other than being a new very happy client)... But every once in a while a person comes along who just provides stellar above and beyond customer service. Jim Roseberry at Studio Cat is that person. He's built my latest DAW for me, and I cannot sing his praises enough. It's truly rare when you find someone who provides an excellent product, and then makes the effort and takes the time to truly stand behind it! ...and never once losing patience, or rushing me off the phone, etc. He has been kind, attentive, responsive, patient, responsible and accountable, as well as understanding my current issues, even anticipating future goals. And he knows his business (and music production) - from the inside out. He just ROCKS - plain and simple. He's one person I would feel confident recommending to anyone. Thank you, Jim! You're one in a million! .

I build my own, but I must say I've never seen anything but great stories about Jim's work around here. That speaks mounds about him. Congrats, and nice of you to post about this.

In 15 years - this is the first machine I haven't built myself -. And even though it's still tech hell for a few weeks with installs, authorizations, troubleshooting, etc. I really just wanted to get to music production ASAP, as opposed to all the added sys admin. .

Jim has always been one I with no hesitation recommend on this forum for anyone seeking a new system. Why? I don't own any of his machines or have anything to do with his business. What has informed me about his abilities are first, all those that do praise his gear. However most important to me has been how he has handled himself here. One can tell a lot about someone by what they write. How they deal with others and how willing one is in giving advice. Jim is a gentlemen. He is our secret and we guard him jealousy. We are very lucky to have him around.

I was planning a build for my new DAW a couple of months ago and ran into a few areas where I wasn't sure what to do. I contacted Jim and paid him for a 30 minute consultation. He was completely open and helpful in responding to my questions. He didn't hold back at all. I probably could have gotten by without consulting him, but I was happy to gain the peace of mind. I was also glad to send a few dollars his way since he dispenses free advice so often.

It was only after building my last computer that I learned that Jim offers paid consultations as well as turnkey systems. Though he actually helped me out a bit here on the forum, I won't build another DAW without spending the time and money to talk it over with him in advance. Actually, I'll probably just get him or Scott to build it

Oh...Jim "Roseberry". Not Jim "Rosenberry". Jim "Rosenberry" and I went to kindergarten together. He was the captain of my High School football team. He was drafted along side me and ended up saving my life in Nam. He's married to my sister. I'm the Godfather of his three adorable children. He's a saint. Jim "Roseberry" on the other hand OWES ME MONEY!!! Plus, he sweet-talked my Mother out of her life savings and spent it all at the track. He's served hard time and is a member of the "Devil's Diciples" motorcycle gang. He cheated on his SAT's. He's never even bothered to register to vote!! He never tips at Applebys. Or Starbucks. He's a real menace. Are you talking about that guy??!!

I did serve in Viet Nam as a grunt with the 25th div. I was also in the invasion of Cambodia. I do not like it when someone claims service when they never served. If Olpal was in Viet Nam I salute him. If he was simply making a joke then he is a true jerk.

How did we get from thanking Jim to Vietnam? John where were you stationed? Cu Chi, Tay Ninh? I was a grunt 1968 in the 25th Inf. and YoRoPal no way do I take offense at your humor. But I have noticed your humor does seem a lot funnier when I'm on my 'mood elevators'.
