ORIGINAL: plainfaced WILL 2008 BE THE YEAR WHERE SONAR (and maybe Logic) TAKE THE MARKET LEAD AWAY FROM PROTOOLS???? It would be hard to see it happening in the "pro" space, given the hardware investment people have made over time, but from a perception perspective and the "prosumer" market - I certainly hope so! Q.

ORIGINAL: Marketing [Cakewalk] ORIGINAL: vicsant Please let me know if you have any other concerns or questions. Best regards, Carl Jacobson Marketing Director Cakewalk Carl, The link in the ad shows nothing of Sonar 7! Isn't that a marketing blunder? I've already stated that the ad appeared earlier than anticipated. Magazine dates are an estimation. It was better to be in print at this time than to miss the issues. I wouldn't worry about repeating yourself "Cakewalk"... if they don't read the posts, they get ignored, or verbally assaulted
