He is smiling, but trying to hide it. if you step back from the monitor, you can see the gleam in his eye. I think he's holding the world's tiniest drumstick, and is going to throw it at Steve, and he has already figured out how to blame it on Bapu. Row across the bloody Atlantic, eh?
