cool!

yeah, I was the first one in that thread, but I wasn't able to listen to it yet because the IT bast...........ians block both sites.  I'll have to wait until I get home.

Reece,

Did you try the Hi-Res version? It's not SoundClick.

yes, I tried both.  they're both blocked.

some websites are blocked simply because of the way they're hosted.  if they're hosted instead of using a dedicated domain server then they're typically blocked.  I can't get to my oneandone website from work either.

Reece,

I guess our netwerks are different.

I can get to both links inside my work's firewall/blocking.

Did they give a reason?

My work has not done that yet here....

the reason for blocking soundclick and pandora was to save bandwidth.  we have 15,000+ employees at this campus.  not all have internet, probably 75% do.  they will take away youtube soon.

the reason for blocking the 3rd party hosting is simply because it's "not categorized."  what that means is that I *could* submit a request for them to categorize a particular website that's not on the categorized list, but I have to have a "business need" for that website to be unblocked.  I don't think they'd accept "because I want to listen to the Coffee House Band's new release" as a valid business need.

Nicely done, CHB!  Even though I just listened on a laptop via a pair of earbuds, it still sounded pretty good.  Phil and Danny, glad you guys could jump in.

Awesome tune. I don't agree with the interpretation but thats just me. Awesome mixing and mastering. Danny has really tied it together nicely.

Hey guys - I don't know which one of you is in charge of the website, but I thought I'd point out that it doesn't look right on my browser - IE 8.

here's a picture of what I see:
