At times it can be hard to hold-back but probably best practice for the sake of keeping the peace! 

Sure we all have our bad days but for some it seems they're hopelessly stuck on a bad-roll everyday and have nothing better to do than stir-up the good folk on these forums.  It's not worth getting one's own sticky-buns in a bind (hmmm not sure what that last line exactly means)!
