Yeah, but that really was Pink Floyd.

I half expected the sign company to show up and remove the"Music" sign from the building during the "performance".

There is a certain amount of professionalism shown in how the chap has selected his sunglasses and carefully placed them on his head, so the performance is not without some quality.

They show amazing talent in how they are able to each play at a different tempo. Have you ever tried that? It's really difficult. I applaud their ability to completely have a unique tempo for each performer.

The guitarist (and I use that term loosely) appears to be singing along, out of time to his own playing....

I went for the whole shebang.  And I decided that the drummer deserves a special medal for at least trying to keep it together.  Listen to how many times the poor lad reverses the backbeat to stay with the bass or singer.  I love the way the lead gets all fired up with the pedals before the solo...and it doesn't sound any different.  If anything, worse.

I held on for the second guitar solo, but they gave up order to bask in the huge applause.

While I applaud their dedication to ensuring that they retained a "human feel", they may have taken this a bit too far.  I do think, however, they may have achieved a "Neanderthal feel".  Congrats on that, folks.

(Now I've done it.  I've just insulted the Neanderthal contingent.  That may include a fairly high percentage of upstairs posters...)

Alrighty then. Back in high school and my first band, we played Comfortably Numb.  My parents were fond of videotaping us kids in our various endeavors and so I dug through the archives and was pleased to find a tape of us playing on the high school steps one pleasant spring day.  I'm happy to report that while we had many disturbing issues with our performance, we weren't as bad as that.

No, I'm not going to post it to youtube for all y'all to mock.
