There's probably a way to do this with the event filter, or interpolate with the cc10.
I forget if Pan is even an option. Anyway, the event filter is pretty powerful for that kind of mundane stuff usually.
And, probably use the event list and not the PV.
I'm going to assume that your part is quantized 100%. This would make isolating the notes you are working on a lot easier for data a entry.
Won't work the same way as controlling with a Modulator unless you can access ONLY the oscillator panning thru automation or MIDI control. I have clearly illustrated how easily it can be done using any synth with a good Modulation matrix (see post #30).
And no, pan is not an option for individual MIDI notes in the event list unless a synth has a specific RPN or NRPN that can Pan ONLY the oscillator (there may be synths with an architecture that allows controlling pan somewhere else in the signal path but if you Pan the output or anywhere after the signal goes stereo then note tails and effects will ALSO be panned). Attempting to do so with envelopes or CC's would be a much more time-consuming and unneccesary method compared to what I have suggested unless a specific situation requires a different approach.
Using multiple instances of a synth is possible but is WAY harder and more time consuming to program and unless you insert literally dozens of instances you do not have the ability to use the entire stereo field as easily as in one single instance of Rapture (or other synths) using the modulation matrix in the manner that has been explained.
Suggesting how to isolate the notes is of little use if you can't suggest a method for panning them...
