    Love it!!

My only gripe is that the lead appeared to be kind of low down in the mix...great vocals !!!

this is how the original should have sounded! spot on musically and vocally chaps! yep lead could have been a touch louder, but otherwise ace!

    Hey Steve & Troy,
Awesome cover. Troy, fantastic job on the vocals. Steve's performance are spot on clean. Mix sounds full and clear on my end.
My only nit are the drums need more chunk/meat.
EXCELLENT job on a classic !

Certainly it was out of what I listen to usually. It took me couple of listen to get the gits of it. I would bring up the bass and the drum kick a bit to beef up the rhythm section. Otherwise, everything sound awesome. It is not an easy song to sing, but it was done very well.

    Noisy buggers...

    Great Job!

The Strummy strumming tone on this is sublime, the lead sounds nice but it could be ear-rippingly louder in the mix.

And Troy, it's really good to hear you round these parts again.

    5 Stars for you guys!

    Very Cool.

The only problem I see is Soundclick does not have a six star rating.

Rockin' tune.  It seems everything is in its place.  I agree that a couple decibels higher on the lead might work.  Sometimes that's exactly how the producer wants it.  Either way, you rocked it.

Is that from the fourth movie of Star Trek where Spock gives the guy on the bus in San Fransisco the Vulcan neck grip to turn off his radio and intelligent finger and they have to save the humpback whales or an intelligent space species will destroy the planet?

I agree with the other ones who claim that more bass or lower end should be louder and the rest.

Oh boy, have I done some wild things to this more than a few times back in the good ol' 70s.

It's great, I thought the vocals could be a bit more up front but I loved it. I always thought Steve Jones was a better guitarist than he was ever credited with and you've done this track great justice. Fantastic, now if you can just do the rest of the album.....

Steve /Troy. This is awesome. It's great to see VeRy MeTaL back in action. I think Sabathak's version od Sabbath Bloody Sabbath was the first tune I listened to on this forum. Vox are killer. Guitar kills and tone is perfect but with a raw tune like his I can't hear the speaker ooomph. Excellent take all the same.

Before I reply to your comments personally, I'd like to thank you guys for all the great advice on the mix.

Troy is busy for a couple of days, but we have taken on board the help you've offered up and there will be an updated mix reflecting the changes you've suggested as soon as he gets some free time.

So, on behalf of myself and Troy - many thanks again

Hey Scott, many thanks for checking out our song. For the intro, I used a short clip of the French version of the song that appeared in the movie The Great Rock 'N Roll SwindleL'Anarchie Pour l'UK

Many thanks Barry, and I have to agree - Troy's vocals are stellar

Cheers Mark - we really appreciate your comments mate.
