Hi there Tim.

Cool tune - very funky!

Top notch mix and production, and I love the bass-line - it drives the whole song along perfectly.

Hey Geno. Thanks for tryin. come on back....

Thanks No How. glad you liked it.

Hey Vechung. Thanks. Yea, I know what you mean about the guitar. But, I sorta did that on purpose.

Hey James. You got that right. Most of the drums were loops though. But, I guess someone somewhere really played them. Thanks for the kudos James.

Glad to here it Tap:) Thanks for the listen and comment.

Thanks Mr. Mike. Glad you liked.

Thanks Charlie. Yea, I do tend to put the bass and drums more out front than most I think. (hence the toe tapping:) I forget if I used the vocal strip. Maybe just for the delay. Sonitus eq, waves delay I think. Thanks.

Hey Steve. Thanks. Yea, the tune started with a guit lick which I morphed into the bass line. Glad it worked:)

Thanks for the listen and comment Grant. And, for liking:)

Your stuff is blowing me away lately.  What are you eating?  I'll have to back and listen to your older stuff because I don't relate this to memory of your music.  Dude, this rocks.  Very innovative.

Thanks man.

Thanks Julian. yea, I agree. Now what?

Thanks Mathew. Appreciate it.

Hey Paulo. Thanks ,man. I sort of mix for the laptop usually. Well, I mean, if it doesn't sound good there, I go back and tweak. It kicks on the big speakers. Take a chance, give a listen on the big speeks:)

uh oh, almost missed this...Tim this is amazing! Funkalicious guitar and the vocals are superb. Love the drum programming too...the pedal'd Hi-hat is just perfect! Great mix, which may just benefit from a gnarly fuller bass tone (dem funk basses went low!).

Man, listening to songs on this forum is like deep-sea fishing - you never know what you're gonna catch next, but this one's definitely keeper (yeah, that was cheesy, but, whatever ).  Love the funkiness.  Being a bassist, I really dig that part of the track, but the drums, guitar, keys, and (especially) the vocals are very cool as well.  The breakdown at the end/outro is a very cool way to finish it off!  Funky stuff, dude - going back for another listen!

Hey, Tim,

That was really pure dynamite and truly "funkalicious"!

Really cool funky beat and rockin' groove, with killer vocals and great guitar chops sitting in a high quality mix.  That was a perfect ending, too.

Good stuff!

Hey Dave. Thanks man. Not cheesy at all:) Actually, quite acurate. There is a lot of interesting and talented folks here with lots of different styles and attitudes in their music. It's great finding a "keeper"....:)  I think in retrospect the tune was formed around the bass and guit lines. I like diddling with the bass as a foundation. It helps to keep things simple. Thanks for the kudos.

Thanks Bob. Is there a song called funkalicious?
BTW, I think your new rocker is a keeper. Was listening again earlier. Really strong.
Ya gotta get those drums in line though:) Yea, nitpickin details details..... Thanks Bob.

Excellent bass groove on this Tim! I wanted to hear the geetar solo a little louder, but, that's just me. So well put together.

Late to the party, but that's sweet. Funky with a Cajun twist.
That bass line holds it together, and everything else rolls around it like gravity.

Thanks Old55.

Larry, the guit solo was mostly just a bunch of noise. So, I had it down mostly just for effect. er somethin. The bass was tough with those big strings and all.

Thanks for bein a fan Kev. Cool.... Glad I could funk up your world:)
