You're pretty funky aren't you Tim? My son heard it through the outside of the phones and ran over and put his head next to so he could listen, I put them on him for a bit, and he was bopping. He said, wow that's good!

Your tunes are like a feast of many mysterious dishes, prepared with diverse and disparate ingredients, assembled by a master chef containing strange and exotic spices, which is exciting, pleasing, satisfying, and alarming all at the same time.  I really enjoy visiting the space you create with your music. Great job.........cohesive,original style.....uh oh......Ron

I dig this a lot.  Funky jazz/soul.  Those drums set so well in the mix.  One time I would like to get drums like that.  It all sets very well.  The bass.. everything.

    Smokin!   Guitar, is spot on.

Beatzy and cool, groovy and psychedelic.

Tame for cronies and wild for youngsters, perfect pop -- haha!

'Still if it were me I'd 'possibly' diversify (widen) some of the non-beatz-dynamics: namely the lead vox and elec guitar; albeit my idea might injure your most magical and dominant beatz element.

I'd also contemplate nastifying some of your guitar riffs ... and/or adding a few (melodyne) screw'd bass-vocs (for the hood gangster lurking in me).

IOWs, as mainstream pop, I totally love this.

But not for skating rink pop, this: IMHO, might beg, yet, a few guitar nastifications and fiercer soul cries by the lead vox ... for the hip-hop masses invading our dance floors.

Nice stuff Tim, got a distinct PG vibe but with your sound,  I can hear what Phil is suggesting a little centre centric perhaps subtle pan of Vox and Guitar, but hey its your tune and its good as is.

Oh yea!  Got a groooove goin on.  Killer diller.  Would've love to have heard a complete dynamic breakdown to some little filtered whiky-whaky for about 4 bars...and then...the Memphis Horns kickin out the jams until the end.  Great guitar solo.  Rock on, ol pal.

Uh Oh was more like 'Oh yeah' for me, Tim.  You're really spreading out on the last few tunes, and I am just lovin' it.  Super track, and the vocal fit right in.  Maybe I would have liked to have heard the vox up a bit more, but that may be a personal taste thing.  Great stuff, man.

What was a little emasculating? Was, he came running over and put his head by the phones, like I said? And I put them on him? And he was bouncing around smiling, and then he took them off and said "THAT'S REALLY GOOD!" But after that? :-( He said, that's not you is it daddy :-( Bawaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

He said that's not what he meant? But the truth was there in his eyes :-( I'm no Timi...

Robby, from what I've gathered from reading the boards, you live in the headphones. You need to get out more:)
That's a lot of 1's and 0's real close to your brain. Nice speakers changed my world.
Do you think your father invented the question mark by reading a statement?? Now, see how that question mark suddenly 'became'....
    What? I dunno......

What I'm trying to say here is thanks for posting again and I'm glad your boy likes my tune. That IS the demographic I guess. Huh??

You are not me and you don't want to be. Your stuff is great. I could give you some ideas/pointers but you may not like them....

This sounds AWESOME!! I really like the vibe of this tune.

This is not a knock or nothing like that, only a suggestion, it would be cool if around 25 seconds into it you had everything pause for a second or so and then continued on with the song. Just a thought. A little extra breathing room is what I'm trying to say. You did something like that around 1:10.

That riff you do around 1:10 is awesome!!! The whole song is AWESOME IMO.

    I enjoyed hearing this, excellent!!!

Excellent!  I really like the bass line.  For the guitar solo if you can bring it to the center and make it more dominant.  Right now it is mixed to as rhythym.  The vocals are so cool and it works very well.

funky..my foot actually started tapping with out me realizing it untill  a minute into the tune.great hook.nice mix..like the way the guitar is very subttle in the backround and the bass and drums really stand out.the vocal has a nice sound too..sounds like the vocal strip.
