I can't speak for any product that, other than what I know. I (with many others) was stitched up with , except for the ****'s at "superwave" they really messed up their registered users with their dumb protection system. It required to re-register if you bought a machine.. one issue, they had done a runner.

if it's a UK based company, you can get recourse via "consumer direct" and also "trading standards" I'm guessing you can contact them internationally also.

In the case of superwave, they were a sole trader, so it's different from a company, however I did contact their company who they used for e-commerce, and they had their account removed as a result

A certain company that sells "royalty free" sample cd's would/could not guarantee their samples were from a clear source, so again I didn't use their specific cd's. It's all in the small print with a lot of things.

to the companies who do all right by you, support them... to the ones who don't.. I take your money elsewhere, is my take on things

as for the T*** there's a place in Scotland called that.

So has there been any recent updates on the outcome of all this?

Dave from Muon resolved it. I'd have no problems buying from him again, but I'll never buy anything through AMG UK.
