quantumeffect There used to be a regular by the name of Jessie Sammler ... I wonder what ever happened to her?!?!
UHHH "she" is a he... there is a backstory that would read like a novel...
We've heard that story before! Hint: Remember Bobby Carissa Swenson?
Time for all of you to head over to Beyond My DAW!

Hi Atsuko. Are you looking forward to hosting the Olympics? I was part of London 2012 and loved every minute of it. Welcome to the Coffee House, don't be a stranger. (I sometimes need backup...)

When I was in Pendleton, Oregon, the roundup every year is a massive occasion. All the locals leave and rent out the houses for families for an exhorbitant amount and then come back home next week! It works out great ... you get your vacation paid for! The Olympics will likely be madness, but Pendleton in 3 days would go from 14k to 50k and then Sunday night back to 14k. Craziest, fun'est and silliest, but very enjoyable.
As a wise Guy once stated from his holy chapala ... none of the hits, none of the time ... prevents you from becoming just another turkey in the middle of all the other turkeys!

Hi, Karyn, I already have friends coming to stay at home in the Olympics period, as well as in Carnaval... To tell you the truth, these times've been so messy around here, there's times I wonder that Japan had won this thing, even though loving sports. If you plan to come to Rio, it's better to be prepaired, the city became more violent this last year. Anyway, the city is beatiful, it's a pity that our governments have been so corrupted all over the years...

I thought for a long time about working the Rio Olympics but decided against it. I'll watch on TV this time.

I surveyed 100 women and asked them what shampoo they used when showering...
98 of them said, "How on earth did you get in here?"

Wahoo to the women! And for Bapu's moobs! (well, maybe not so much, but at least he admitted having them, and that is an important step in rehab. - Bapu - a 12-step program is NOT a blues jam) :) I would like to also congratulate Vlada, she has REALLY grown in her confidence and knowledge on the computer technical skills. When I was helping (hope I helped) her jump into building her own computer, she really dug in deep, and got to the point of asking questions I had to go research prior to answering, and she has managed to build herself an INCREDIBLE setup, with a bunch of hardware synths and other gear all (or at least mostly) playing together nicely on her now MULTIPLE computers. And, as she posted, she is now assisting OTHERS with computer technical issues. Quite the cool thing. GREAT JOB, VLADA!!!!! :) Bob Bone

This may be totally off-topic, but I keep hearing Adam Levine singing, "I've got the moobs like Bapu! I've got the moobs like Bapu!" Maybe that's just me. (And suddenly, he found himself on the wrong end of a glare. Again.)
