It could be that your 64 bit version of TTS-1 didn't get installed properly. I would try to reinstall it . Yes it is a DX plugin, but it comes in 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

Someone just revived an ancient thread on the software forum and linked this solution. I wonder if it has any bearing on the OP's problem.
