I've used that same phrase, but more as an imperative. YOU! GO TO MY HEAD! I thought this was pretty good Timaaaaaaay, a bit over produced, but other than that, quite excellent. I can't play guitar like that. All of those diminished, augmented, minor 7ths, sus 9ths, wish I could, good job.

First time commenting on a song here, so I hope I don't break some unwritten rules: I liked it all, except that one point stood out for me so that I had to listen to again: at the end of the B-section the vocals end on the root ("be") while one of the lines in the turnaround there goes (V) #11, 11 (=sus), 3, thus chafing against the vocals. I do realise this is not production-related :)
