Problem registering Music Creator 6

I have an older copy of Music Creator 6 which I purchased directly from cakewalk about 3 years ago. I tried to email cakewalk support and received a case number from them which is 318721. My problem is as follows:  I have the original install CD AND the serial number but I do not have the registration number that the product requires upon installation. I do not have the original sales receipt but I can provide proof of residence where the product was shipped when I purchased it and proof of who I am as the original purchaser. I would like to begin using this product again but I am stumped as to how to register it. My email is .  My original account is not under this email address and I do not have the original information about the email address that my account would have been under.

Since you cannot recall the original email associated with the old account, Cakewalk support will have to manually add your old products to the new account. This is explained here http://forum.cakewalk.com/FindPost/3148924

Cake will help you with the registration. They are good about that kind of thing.

Hello Scook,
    Hope you are viewing this. You are the first person to respond to me concerning this issue.  I tried to contact Cakewalk support but have not received a response in over a week and a half. I tried to include my product serial number on my new account but it tells me that it is registered to another name and will not allow me phone support. Of course it is. It is registered to me when I originally bought it and registered under my previous email address which I do not have access to any more. I can't seem to get a response via email and I believe that I need a human being to solve this problem but I am totally stuck. Can you help or point me in the right direction. I really don't want to have to purchase a new product when I have one that would be quite satisfactory, if I can get it registered correctly.
