Hello Scook,
Hope you are viewing this. You are the first person to respond to me concerning this issue. I tried to contact Cakewalk support but have not received a response in over a week and a half. I tried to include my product serial number on my new account but it tells me that it is registered to another name and will not allow me phone support. Of course it is. It is registered to me when I originally bought it and registered under my previous email address which I do not have access to any more. I can't seem to get a response via email and I believe that I need a human being to solve this problem but I am totally stuck. Can you help or point me in the right direction. I really don't want to have to purchase a new product when I have one that would be quite satisfactory, if I can get it registered correctly.
