Subscription Query

Should I have cancelled something ?
I purchased SPLAT lifetime updates on 2nd July ...( All confirmed and receipted by Cleverbridge) ...YET ..... I have just received an unexpected email thanking me for 3rd of July monthly subscription payment . I had naturally assumed this would be automatically cancelled now I am a 'Lifetime Member' so to speak 🤔
Have they 'double dipped' or have I missed something here?

    Yes you must explicitly cancel your monthly membership to avoid being charged. We have no way of automatically doing that. If you were charged after you purchased the lifetime membership can contact cleverbridge for a refund of your monthly charge. I've added this to the FAQ for clarity.

    Just as a follow up.............Cleverbridge did respond in a timely fashion and reimbursed my account satisfactorily.....thanks.
    NOW.............given I have cancelled my monthly SPLAT subscription ....and become a Lifer..........my membership (ie: as indicated under Sonar HELP menu & Command Centre) shows DEMO mode.
    How do I rectify this ........do I need to re download somehow?
    Will await a knowledgeable direction before I #@%$ IT UP :)

    It looks like the refund Cleverbridge pulled your SONAR Platinum serial number, which is what was placing you in demo mode. I've corrected the mistake. You should be all set now.
