No Z3TA+ 2 in Command Center?

Z3TA+ 2 doesn't show up in my Command Center. It's not in my account either (I don't know when it disappeared), yet I bought it and stored the original installer and license on my computer so I could reinstall it on my new laptop. However, how do I update it when I can't use my profile or my Command Center to get the latest installer? Or is this automatically updated with Platinum nowadays?
 
I know I should really direct this to support but tbh I don't have a lot of faith in getting a speedy answer/solution that way so hopefully someone here has an idea.

I will add nothing will show up as a connected product in the Command Center without also being in your account. Older products which have not been updated since the introduction of the Command Center may not show up in the Command Center. This is not the case with Z3ta+2. It was updated after the introduction of the Command Center, so  should appear in both your account and Command Center.
