John
So you're directing people away for my thread Alex. Not very cool but no big deal either.

It ends up bumping all of those threads up too, lol. Just ask them to update the OP in those threads. The forum is now percolating X3d bugs.

No John, just want to get the other threads "signed off" if you like whilst we are at it as I've got links pointing to them. It is their threads after all.

Anyway your thread is about love so here it is:

It's about time we had a load of good news threads IMHO, normally it's about peoples woes and hell like experiences. How about a loads of posts with good news to read...

BTW if people just update the subject titles there's no way I or others will be notified (who want to know, some might not even realise X3E is out and their issue will be fixed by just reading the forum post) and the good news will be spread - to nobody :)

Love what they've done with X3E.
But I do have a question.
When reading the update log it mentions fixes and enhancements but all I see is "Resolved an issue where....."

then there's mention of new accelerators which must be Keyboard shortcuts but nothing specifically listed as an enhancement.
There are a handful of entries not prefaced by the Resolved an issue etc.
Are they to be considered the enhancements?

Yeah I noticed that. The end of the day Cakewalk are just probably reflecting what is being written in their internal tracking systems by developers/QA/support. I notice most the issues categorised as "enhancements" (perhaps) are really bugfixes from the end user perspective, with the notable exception of the accelerators perhaps.

Personally I don't care how it's categorised or dressed up (or not dressed up) as long as a serious issue is addressed. I am heartened to see that a whole load of potentially buggy brand new features were not introduced (always chasing your tail that way).

John (ampfixer) I don't have time to check every single issue, I'm just asking for people's help and feedback, it's a bit of a mammoth task here, so I will just assume then the answer is yes :).

Cheers...
