It's CWBRN-22193. I think you've already listed this in the first post of your bug thead. :-)

I didn't see ctrl+alt+h listed ...
 
If you select a region... say ctrl+a, then click between two markers, then click ctrl+alt+h
 
you will zoom all of those tracks maximizing.
 
Alt+Z undoes the zoom.
 
It will hide tracks that are not selected.

I did report this, but did not note the number. Could not hurt to resubmit it. There is another thread about zoom problems where I described a workaround. Just engage and then disengage the zoom tool (e.g., hit Z to engage zoom, then click on the smart tool to disengage). This seems to correct the issue for at least as long as the project is open.

For me I was only able to reproduce the issue in #9 as we have steps here.

Now that the bugs have been ironed out of Auto Zoom (or maybe I've just learnt how to use it properly ), I find I'm using the other zoom variations less & less, apart from my old friend, Ctrl + L/R arrow

Same here - I've been using that key-combo (and Ctrl+Page Up/Down) since I first became aware circa some early version of SONAR.     Good stuff.
