Phoning tech support from Australia is not an option...times/cost etc. I've given up contacting tech support via the internet...getting the 'internet is broken...or at least part of it...- so the form I've filled out - 5 times recently - doesn't go through. I say recently because this issue was happening a couple of years ago. Suggesting to contact the Webmaster, doesn't work either.
I appreciate the support in these forums, but I need tech support when issues can't be solved here.
I also have a store credit and I requested a tute for the credit...couple of weeks now. Yes, I agree, Cakewalk does need more help. I'd be happy contacting anyone - chat, email etc - if I could get some expertise.
Meanwhile, I'm practising patience and creative workarounds.
