Since Roland will be gone soon, I'm wondering if this is now a distinct possibility......

FWIW, Melodyne implementation would take a substantial development cycle. I don't think you'd see it in a point release. which X3a would likely be.

I'd like to see Sonar handle more than 255 VST/VSTi's. If you have more than 255 VST/VSTi's and you're not using a custom plugin layout, you'll get an error message. This is undocumented in the reference manual. I haven't experienced this issue in other DAWS I own.
