I've decided to repost this issue because my last thread has become a little confusing.

Basically while working with Session Drummer 3, I lost audio from a drum pattern that I created using 'Step Sequence'

Everything works fine and I am able to record and play back preloaded patterns and ones that I create.
IT'S JUST THIS ONE PATTERN THAT, WHEN LOADED AND PLAYED, ELIMINATES ANY SOUND FROM 'SESSION DRUMMER'

I'm sure I could redo that track completely some how but there's got to be a way to fix this problem without starting my drum track from the start.

Thanks \m/

tough world out there for this issue your having.
its one of those things that's very hard to pin point.
you would benefit from the videos I posted, going over them and getting an understanding for basic midi and step sequencer features.

im guessing no one has answered this thread because your problem is trivial and can be solved by just a little understanding of the way midi works in sonar x2.

this will be my last post.
I kinda took this thread as a slap in the face.
as I was trying to help you on your other thread (that no one was answering )
but instead you decided to start a new thread with the same exact question (like I wasn't helping you ?)

like you, I have better things to do than walk you through this step by step.
but I did take the time to respond to you almost 5 times to help solve your issue.

there could very well be 25 different reasons why this one clip wont work.
but you very well have to spoon feed us 3 pages of detail from how you started the clip, what you did in editing the clip, and how you saved the clip. not to mention 4 or 5 other thing in the middle that might be helpful.

too trivial man.

First of all, untwist your ovaries. Untwist 'em.
You were/ are helping. I didn't say once that no one responding to my last post or that I wasn't getting useful info. I said it was getting to mixed up because I kept adding/ changing details. So I made a new post with the previous 7 posts in one, easy to read on.
You're a spaz.
I did check out the videos and everything and it all helped a lot, thank you. But to fix my issue I just opened a new project and didn't save the drums track to Session Drummer at all. Its just saved on my songs drum track. Seems to work fine for now.

Do you have the link to the original thread?  Kind of wanted to see what advice was already offered.

Chuck, you are mostly a helpful guy, but you seriously have to stop getting offended over nothing.  Ask yourself, are you giving advice to be helpful or to get acknowledgement?  Like any gift, true giving expects nothing in return. The OP seems to appreciate your attempts to help and even if he didn't, so what.  Just give and be done with it.  No need to even announce you are not going to help anymore.  Your videos are helpfui and I refer back to them when i am having a midi hiccup, but relax some.   This is supposed to be fun :)

I do think "Twisted Ovaries" would make an awesome album tile or band name

I'm glad somebody enjoyed that. I heard some guy yelling that at a gas station once. Couldn't stop laughing for weeks.
