Has anyone had issues opening their Sonar Platinum program and received this error message: SONARPLT.exe -Bad Image
C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum\CJLibrary.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.
This just started a week or so ago. I tried uninstalling Sonar via the Command Center then reinstalling, which worked for a few days, but it just happened again. I tried it uninstalling and reinstalling again, but now there is a problem with the Command Center not opening. I really stuck here and it seems I'm getting deeper. And since this happened going into the weekend, and having reported this issue to Tech Support, its unlikely that I am going to receive any help from them for several days.
I have a Dell XPS 8300. Running Windows 10 Home Edition, with i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz  Intel Processor, 16.0 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System. I really hope someone has had experience with this issue and can dig me out.

If I was getting this error message, I would be looking at the system event viewer for disk errors or bad blocks on the system disk.

I am just putting up this post for further help in the future for other Sonar users who have or might run into this problem. Tech Support did contact me on the matter of my initial post. They gave me a few options to resolve the problem and I picked the SONAR Clean Install. The link for the detailed instructions is here:

It worked without a glitch. And I just want to thank Tech Support for their help. I have seen many posts over the last several months throughout this Forum from people who are complaining about Tech Support and their response time. It did take them a few days to get back to me and I myself was in a bit of a panic, only because I was in a groove, so to speak, when I was writing some songs, and then my program crapped out! The flow was disrupted, and that sucks big time! And I didn't have a clue why this happened.
But all is Well With My Soul, now. Hope this post is a benefit to someone down the road.

I got the dreaded error SONARPLT.exe -Bad Image

This was after discovering that Cakewalk was kaput. I hadn't run SONAR Platinum for a few weeks and getting this error right after reading about the closure of Cakewalk -- hell of a Christmas gift for the employees and I'm truly sorry for their misery. I definitely won't be buying any Gibson-branded products.
