For those people who do not receive any Cakewalk mail, please contact your provider. They probably have spamfilters in place. Ask them to add Cakewalk to the "green list".

I'm in Holland and I DO receive the emails Cakewalk sends out. Lots of tips in those mails so make sure you get them.

I think if that were the problem we wouldn't be getting emails confirming a purchase and other emails involved with the purchase. We just cannot get notices and tips etc. I have no junk email box in my main provider account using Windows Live.

Still, I know for a fact that Comcast does indeed block some senders and for no good reason I can see. I will check with them (if I can get to someone who can help) and see if that fixes it. Good idea.

Andrew... check this out and see if it works. I don't know how many people not getting emails are using Comcast... this may be the problem.

PS: the solution in the above link was posted under a question posted in this thread: http://forums.comcast.com/t5/E-Mail-and-Xfinity-Connect-Help/Comcast-blocking-to-email-to-gsgatl-org/m-p/1175709/highlight/true#M197058

I just received my first newsletter in about 10 years.  I've had the same yahoo email address since '95 and I've been a CW customer since '96.

They fixed something here...

Sorry this is rubbish as I've explained earlier. The spam filter is NOT collecting this. I have my own mail server. I'm sure in some scenarios this may be the case but not in mine.

I believe the issue with subscribing has been fixed. Please add yourself to this list and you should receive future emails:

OK  I've done it again. I notice I can keep signing up forever if I go here (doesn't say you've already got my email address):

http://www.cakewalk.com/newsletter.aspx

Do we get an email confirmation? Still waiting if so.
(assume you need the email address to be verified and prove I'm not a bot (you must have massive false flag email address and spam if not), in direct contradiction you seem to even want us to log into these forums for some reason with a CAPTCHA! Would make sense during registration!)

Everything online here is extremely inconsistent (you've got a great product now please do yourself a favour and sort out your web). Are you sorting out the forums as well?
