updating all sonar products but loopmasters, sample magic and x-mix content collections won't install using the command center.
Any help would be appreciated.

Go to your account at Cake site .. login and go to MY PRODUCTS. Download there and take note of Serial?
 
 

I should have mentioned that I looked there but they don't show up there, only in CCC

Try logging out, then back into your account via CC.  When running CC, I'd also right-click, then Run as Administrator, just in case.

Those items are missing from my CCC and my "my products" age as well.  I do, however, have their respective install files in my install downloads location. 

The exact names of the files in question are:

CakewalkLoopmastersContent_2.0.0.2.exe
CakewalkSampleMagicLoopContent_1.0.0.8.exe
CakewalkXMiXLoopContent_1.0.0.8.exe

In addition to the three assets you mentioned, Anderton Collection cannot be downloaded as well. These four items are not listed in the "My Products" page and reinstalling them via CCC fails.
 
I wonder whether this happened just due to a mistake or whether this is a consequence of Cakewalk's end of business. In the former case it would be nice if somebody from the "transition team" makes those assets available again. In the latter case it would be wonderful if some kind-hearted SONAR user shares those four missing installation files
