Yes, I always send software .dlls to unknown people on internet forums who just signed up a few hours ago.

Log in to your Native Instruments account and manually download the latest version.  Skip the Service Center.  It has been known to delete the .dll's.  There's a topic on this very forum about the issue.

I didn't have any problems with my NI softwares before, that's why I just created my account today. Most people create an account because they need help for a problem.
I didn't say that only dll files are missing, there are probably many other files, but everything works fine except that I don't have any dll files in my VST folder. I tried to find "Kontakt 5.dll" or "Kontakt 5 8out.dll" or "Kontakt 5 16out.dll" on my computer but no match was found.

The best answer is to reinstall, then if it still doesn't work contact NI support.
Asking for .DLLs from other people is always a last resort and mostly frowned on because of the piracy risk.

If you can download it from someone else, you should be able to download it from NI as well.

Sure, while others are scammers who do it in the hopes of getting "free" software.  Not saying that's you - you sound legit - but you can't blame anyone for pointing that out.

Anyway, the same thing (kontakt dlls disappearing) happened to me a while back.  I did a reinstall of kontakt and they came back.. IIRC, I left the factory library alone, so that made it easier.

This comes up every once in a while and it happens when you download the update and then click install on the Service Center. Does it always happen? No. Did you do something different to cause it? No. I have always done it that way why now? Who knows. Is it a bad connection, poor service, corrupt files? All no. I always install from the folder on the desktop and never have had a problem since. Are they gone? yeah, I'm pretty sure. It's too bad the Forum search doesn't work very well cuz this come up every 2-3 months. Last one was in November I think. Doctor, it hurts when I does this. What should I do. Don't do that.

This.

Reinstalling the complete software package is generally NOT required to replace the missing .dll's;
Just manually download the latest applicable update(s) from your NI account and run them manually.
When installing the update(s) manually, be sure to select the setup options that match your current NI software installation.

Guys, I finally tried to reinstall manually as you said and during the installation I saw for the VST Plug-In that the "Entire feature will be unavailable" option was selected. I just change it to make VST Plug-In feature available and I have the dll's ! :D
Maybe my internet connection is not as bad as I thought ^^'
It was a stupid problem. How can I be so stupid >_< *shame*
I understand why you were so suspicious, you thought I wanted to use a cracked version or something else... I don't know.
I thank you guys for your patience and your help ! <3

guyz , like we stated on another thread , never use the center until we confirm it's resolved , the center use the installer but uncheck "the dll" via the "this features will be availlable" option in the installer by uncheking it .....

Do all update MANUALLY
