Ah, found the update log online.  You're right.  Looks like a lot of useful features and upgrades have been added since my last update (October 2016).  Darn, but I'm not sure if I can justify the $249 renew cost though.

Well, Reaper is only $60 ...

I can hardly wait to hear that completed "long" track.

The singer had gone off to classical concerts at the Sydney Opera House, hopefully he will come back inspired!

Ripple Edit works well for me: all track automation, BUS automation, clips and markers are affected and it's quick and simple! (Ok, I've had a few instances were a single clip wasn't really affected, but it might've been I forgot to split it.)

Ripple Edit it's what I've been waiting for for ages (here are some 8 year old Sonar 8.5.2 posts about it)! Restructuring projects with a lot of automation, including bus automation, is now so much easier. Thanks Bakers!

Now if we only could have one of those arranger tracks as well... ;)

Brilliant isn't it.

I just managed to copy over an additional 20 measures of vocal tracks into the middle of an existing song

A little bit of copy & pasting of the backing tracks, a bit of slip editing and it was done!

I tried this ages ago but to the inherent difficulties of projects with complex tempo changes, all my previous efforts resulted in it all being out of sync.
