Have another need for VAS.  Downloaded the demo, installed 64 bit.
It nicely displays 4 addition inputs in the WIN 7 recording tab.
Have not used yet, but this will allow me to do this, with higher quality video capture and good

Hi Stevec with Mixbus you have an app called Jack Audio.
You can route the Sonar stems into Mixbus like a tape recorder.

On Linux, JACK is pre-installed on systems with realtime audio performance. On OSX, JACK is installed on the system as part of the Mixbus installation process. On Windows, a simplified version of JACK is installed for use by Mixbus, which other applications do not see. Please note that the user does not have to aware of JACK. Mixbus performs all of the setup and operation of the JACK server using its "Audio Setup" dialog, and handles audio routing using its own methods.

Though I'd love that to be the case, I'm not so sure if that will work.  From the quote you posted: "On Windows, a simplified version of JACK is installed for use by Mixbus, which other applications do not see."

Not a VAS thread but FWIW...
Downloaded the demo.  Installed as 64 bit.   Use stream 1 as input.
Within the Pinnacle standalone capture "System Audio" had appeared.
This is the result.  Did set this up for 1920 x 1080, but specs indicate otherwise.
This was wav file playing thru WMP visualizations, as being captured.
Am very happy with the results.  Eliminated the external record requirements of the software.
This is raw capture.  About 70 meg for those on limits.  Make your screen full sized.
