Anyone having trouble with their site ? It takes an age to load with IE, FF and Opera. Takes me 5 minutes to log in and place ther order.
 
Then I get taken to a Swedish page for payment - PayEx.
 
I'm getting a little upset about this and wandered if any others have had problems similar ?
 
Toontrack are VERY slow at replying to mails and forum posts (after 24 hours my post is still pending moderation........

I just pre-ordered from my rep at Sweetwater.  But I also was checking out the "new" site this morning at Toon.  Quite frankly, I much prefer the old site.  It was easier to move around in and easier to see at a glance your account/product info.  And the new site is...probably due to needing to "get the kinks out"...very slow.  And though I'm sure that the front page will be changing to highlight whatever product is currently being touted (now, EZD2) it makes all the other products look like also rans.  As and FYI, you'll always get a better deal by ordering from a vendor than from Toon directly.
 

I was greated with their new website trying to authorize all my current stuff on a new install.  It was sloooow.

Let's hope the new site doesn't have the AudioMidi website curse!

Yeah.  I'm thinking the company that got fired over the Obamacare site must've..... 

ditto - such a slow site, I liked being able to scroll down and look for updates versus needing to click on every product.  

I think the new website is giving them a lot of headaches...

Thanks Mesh, i saw that Fred and was going to buy then wait until the 6th for download when i assume the correct file(s) will be up.....

Its the PayEx Swedish web page that is bothering me. I might try what yoroldpal suggested.
