Sad news for sure although completely predictable. A lot of good people tried to keep the flame lit but in my opinion, when Greg Hendershott stepped aside, it marked the beginning of the end. They just couldn't make the jump from a midi focused product to an advanced audio type product to keep up with many of their competitors. I still have a fond place in my heart however for their early products which were invaluable early in the digital game.
