I don't even since I was able to.  I don't have anything that specifically requires it and it's a pain keeping two versions of everything in sync.

I know I don't have any VST3 plugins, but after reading Noel's list of items improved with using VST3 ("Sample accurate automation, silent buffer CPU savings, sidechaining, plugin resizing support, automatic VST2-3 migration, hierarchical parameter organization and plugin categorization are a few that that we did."), it's an excellent step forward.

I don't use any. But then I don't use any accordion or banjo either. Because I don't have or particularly need them. Either.
