Is there a difference between BFD2 download and BFD2 boxed?

It seems I heard somewhere that the DL was 20bit and the boxed is 24bit or maybe it was some samples or something else entirely... do you know?

I do not know if there are other differences but you are correct about the 20 / 24 bit thing.

I bet that we wouldn't know the difference if we weren't told. A programmer could likely tell from the code.

If Danny Danzi says he can't hear a difference, I'd say there's no difference for me. But... I have the boxed version.
