Hello,

I'd like to point out to all who have replied - the OP owns neither Sonar nor Logic. So what exactly is the point and why reply?

I have to agree with Geokauf on this one. My only post was completely OT because I'm gosh-darn supersure that this guy is just a bait-and-leave doofus. And it seems he got what he wanted from all you PC/Sonar-apologist LOSERS!!! Oh well, at least I learned that Mike is a ballerina...

What? Are you sure?

If so why the post?

Paint me confused!

That explains the hardware musician comment. Hammers are so much cheaper than pianos.

I am having a lot fun here. I don't mind him posting because we need a diversion now and then. No need to attack him his post speaks for itself. So sit back and enjoy.

I had a really nice musical hammer once. Very cool back in the day. Unfortunately, every time I tried to grab it to hammer out an idea for a song, it would take two steps back and yell "...Can't touch this!" I tried to return him to Guitar Center, but everytime I tried to hand him over to the salesman he would run and hide behind a stack of amps screaming "Too Legit to Quit...." Finally I just let him lie around in the closet until he was considered obsolete. Longest 15 minutes of my life...

Hmmmm, so now we know what the "i" in iPod, iTunes, iPhone, etc. stands for.

I was going to point to the same link.

Interesting, some say, "It's great. Never crashes." others say, "It sucks. Crashes all the time." Kind of like the user forum for *any DAW software on the market.*

There is no magic bullet. If you're fortunate and diligent you can have a solid rig that allows you to get work done.

And, of course this guy is a troll. But it can be fun to have a little sport with 'em every now and then. Especially those so deluded as this dude.

Yeah, the OP is dreaming...but I have to admit to sharing a significant degree of frustration over the whole state of DAW technology. I spent the better part of 2 years fighting hardware/software configurations, changing motherboards, power supplies, memory, processors, audio interfaces, firewire interfaces, video cards, OS tweaks, patches, Registry changes, manual .AUD file changes, driver upgrades/downgrades before I finally created a stable DAW. I've never used anything but Sonar. I'm fixed at 6.2.1 and have no plans to upgrade or ever use anything but Sonar. But the whole DAW experience has left me cold. And that has been anything but fun.
