After I create these links to redirect file accesses, how can I review these links at some future time? In other words, how can I view the links for possible revision or debug, or just to remember what I remapped? Is there a way to list and review the mappings that I created?

The links can be viewed and traversed using Windows Explorer. You could document them if necessary. To revise a link, deleted it and reissue the mklink command.

You can also just change the location in the register-that's what I do-pretty simple also. Been doing that since, forever

It is safer to use links than edit the registry. Links also requires no knowledge of the registry and can be used for just about any disk entry.
