Coffin 13,

I think it has been mentioned before in this thread, but no one here works for Cakewalk. Cakewalk provided this formun for users of their products; Cakewalk does nothing else in this forum in the way of providing advice or providing information on using their software. So, the people who are kindly offering their help and support are users of the software, just like yourself. However, they have used the software for a longer period of time than you and I and are offering help based on their experience with the programs. They are not employees of Cakewalk. So they are giving up their time to help users who are in a position as they were we are as new users. That's why everyone is suggesting that you be a little kinder with your requests. If you don't like the software you shoud send your comments directly to Cakewalk customer service or send you technical questions to CaKewalk technical support. Everyone has gone head over heals for you here; for that you should be truly grateful, because they are doing it out of the kindness of their heart. If you could only recipcate that kindess, your problems will most likely be solved. As it has been alluded to here, you will not get the same support from Cakewalk. And I must agree, that I have not received the type of service from Cakewalk that I've received from this forum. The ball is in your court. If you change your tune someone may help you here, but the bridges may have already been burned.

Love the bridge picture...

Yeah, and I quit too. Maybe we should all go on strike, walk out and demand more money and health care and stuff...

Hey, moron, they don't even bother to moderate this forum
What a dope.

RE: problems with the playback portion of calkwalk 2008/10/22 05:29:43 (permalink)
This is very interesting! This person lacks the ability to give an detailed explanation of his problem and gets angry with everyone because he can barely put together a sentence that says anything. EXAMPLE: Me recorded a vocal pieces. It sounds bad and only plays for short time. Please tell me what's my problem. What's that? No... I didn't see a need to tell you what type of mike I'm using. yeah, I've seen post about using usb mics and the problems associated with them. Hell... you should already know that I'm using one... Duh!!!

Huh? NO... why should I mention how I recorded the parts or whether I'm using loop recording or mention what type of project it is or how many bars I'm recording.

Come again! Noooo.... Why should I mention I know nothing much about using vsti plugins in MC or any other DAW for that matter.

You're support; you should be able to look in your magical, crystal ball and figure out MY PROBLEM... with little detail. Damn it! You're just suppose to know!!! Why can't I get a damn straight answer from you f*****g people!
