Hi James.Hope you're well. This track is evidence that you've come a long way since i last heard your music. This track has great structure and i liked the arrangement. It's a perfect backdrop for Herb's excellent guitar playing.Fantastic tones from the guitars. Nice work guys.
 
Thanks Blipp , I'm spending more time now creating my music and I'm not rushing my music like I used to and I really think its paying off for me .
I have so much more to learn but you can't learn all of it over night . I'm making progress and that puts a smile on my face and hopefully those who listen to my new songs that I post .
 
Hey maybe someday down the road you and I can work together on a song , I'm working on a new song now you might enjoy working on but I don't expect to finish it anytime in the next two months .
I'm on the hunt looking for a new apartment so the rest of this month and next month is what I'm calling Jan 2012 in hell ! LOL I hate moving and this time I will have to move most of it myself .
Maybe in the next three months you might be feeling better and have some free time , e-mail me anytime my e-mailing address is the same .

Good job you guys.  Drums and lead guitar are really nice.  Maybe try stereo reverb on the lead instead of mono?  Your mix sounds good in cans with the volume turned UP.

Hi, James,


I finally got a chance to check this beauty out after originally trying when Soundclick was still acting up.


This is really a dynamite instrumental, James!  I remember the original version being great, but I think Herb's wonderful additions on the guitar really added a whole new dimension to your song and you ended up with a complete masterpiece.


I really love your excellent synth work, and the great sounding drum track provides a nice bed for the synth melody lines and lead guitar breaks.


Great collab, guys, very classy and "fresh" sounding.  Have a Merry Christmas!

Hi James. I really liked the track as it stood alone when you posted this previously. I was very curious what kind of guitar work Herb was gonna throw over this as I thought the track has some interesting movement and a soft electronica feel that would require just the right lead. I think it's fantastic. Herb did this huge justice with those nice big crying lines and it all sounds excellent.
 
Thanks again for your comments on both versions , I like both versions but I have to say Herb just made it sound that much better . Theres nothing better then having some guitar lead in your mix so I thanks Herb for working on it for me .
 
I'm working on a brand new dance song now that will hopfully sound better then this one , so far it sounds really cool .
