Some people can not see sarcasm for what it really is. Having done design work for a German company I am well aware of their need for precision also that they tend to make up words of a technical nature when they do not have one in their language. No I am not one who needs to control just wanted to help but unfortunately your attitude forces me to conclude you do not want any help you just want to rant and rave. As noted by Azslow all it needs is a ticket raised because of your offensive nature and personal attacks and you could well find a ban being imposed upon you. I draw your attention to this paragraph of the code of conduct. Code of Conduct Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling and All Personal Attacks To retain the character of our forums, it is crucial to treat others with respect and dignity. Deciding what is or is not a personal attack is often a judgement call, but if in the opinion of a forum host a post or thread represents flaming, trolling, or personal attacks, it will be deleted. Those who repeatedly use these forums as a venue for personal vendettas or agendas will be banned.

Might be that I am a bit dull, but: what exactly did I say which was insulting? Or do you mean my post where I challenged the loyality of some people (with questionable amount of posts) who only try to convince me that there is something wrong with me, my behavior or with my hardware but not with SONAR? Actually, I still doubt but this is my personal opinion and since we all live in democracy I may express my opinion. BTW I would recommend the book by Franz Kafka "Der Prozeß". They also try to demoralize people with similar methods Cheers, V. I suggest to close this thread now since there is nothing more to expect here and even if somebody would post some useful information, the thread is simply too long to be useful for somebody who needs "instant" hint for a specific problem.

Would you please refrain from telling people "how Germans are"? Expressing an opinion is one thing, but I don't tolerate oversimplifying when I am part of that. Reading your posts is embarrassing. For me. As a German.

Since we are playing in the democracy and write our opinions: everything you have written in this thread, except technical details about your problems, was insulting. BTW I would recommend the book by Franz Kafka "Der Prozeß". They also try to demoralize people with similar methods
I am not sure which character from this book you are in this thread. So far you have tried to demoralize everyone. With some people that works faster then with other. I suggest to close this thread now since there is nothing more to expect here and even if somebody would post some useful information, the thread is simply too long to be useful for somebody who needs "instant" hint for a specific problem.
See my previous post. Klaus Would you please refrain from telling people "how Germans are"? Expressing an opinion is one thing, but I don't tolerate oversimplifying when I am part of that.
Several years ago I was smoking near my Institute, on one-way road. A car with two mans and 2 women with hijab was driving in a wrong direction. I went to the driver and I have started to explain him where the correct route is (I knew it is not so easy to find). He has interrupted me with the statement (in german, but with typical in such situation accent): "May be by you, in Russia, you are not allowed to drive in that direction! By us, in Germany, that is normal!" The reaction: * I was laughing 10 minutes before I could return to my office * my colleague from Netherland had smiled with words "Oh man...." * my german colleague has immediately asked (without smile) "Have you already called the Police?"

Indeed, if somebody feels offended, I apologize. Personally, I am sure that everything I wrote conforms to the forum rules. Let's go back to the factual part: I have automatic confirmations for my support requests from:05.01.201612.01.201614.01.201622.01.201622.04.201607.06.2016 (this one still has the status "NEW" on my User Control Panel - I made a screenshot of that) ..all of them without any reaction. Nothing. Zero. What do you think about that? @ampfixer: I just read your post http://forum.cakewalk.com/Thoughts-on-Support-m3438081.aspxand I understood your attitude that CW support is not perfect but also not worse than support from other companies. So everything is clear to me and you don't need to reply to this post. BTW How do you know that "...Cakewalk is really struggling with support right now..."? I mean, where do you have this Information from? I am just curious..

Your post plus many others is how I came to the conclusion that Cakewalk is struggling with support. YOU are my information source. And please notice that my post in the other thread is an attempt to bring attention to the fact that you and others are not getting the service you require. You asked me a question and also asked me not to reply. That doesn't make sense. I'm done with this thread and don't care if you ever get your problems sorted. Good luck to you.
