Those problems have been out there for a few days. If they would have addressed them right away, it wouldn't have gone over into the weekend.

I had 12 years with Rockwell Automation... their engineers spent many weekends troubleshooting software and computers. Nothing new.

good luck.

Apologies due, and humbly given. Tensions were running high...

And I am pleased to see that my serial and reg code have appeared, so all is well, and Cakewalk is still my first choice for all things DAW.

I've just finished the complete install of Sonar X1 PE. X1 registered okay, but Dimension Pro has not, for some reason.

I used cut and paste to get the serial number into the software, and then cut and paste the registration code provided, but, alas, I get the error message "Invalid registration code. Please make sure to enter the product registration code exactly as you received it from Cakewalk."

As I said, I used cut and paste, so I can't see how I am inputting anything incorrectly.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over this, because Absynth is my main synth anyway. I'll raise a ticket and sit back and wait...

Scrub that... I went to raise a ticket and there was a FAQ on the Dimension Pro registration issue, so that is registered now.

Basically, when you start the Dimension Pro stand alone program, you right click on the icon and select "Run as administrator." Sorted :)

WOW, it's a good thing I don't really need the Amplitude X-Gear... The serial number I was provided "Has already been used on 2012-02-09" It wasn't used by ME.
