Cannot log onto site or create new account
Hi
I have received my email inviting me to upgrade free of charge from 8.5 to X1. However, if I try to log on using my email address, I'm told to check my email address, and if I try to create a new account using the same email address, then I'm told it's a duplicate customer ID!
I have emailed Cakewalk and tried to call from the UK but am on hold for a long time and cannot get through.
Can anyone at Cakewalk help me please?
