Synthesis/HiHat

i would like to be able to stretch a hihat sample to different lengths. or a cool synthesized hi hat would do for me just as well. i want the hi hat to be open and then close, so essentially i want to change the amount of time before the hi hat closes. any ideas greatly appreciated.
