Sounds like the auth. process could be troublesome, how do these compare  to Waves CLA?

t-racks plugins now (as of today) have 64 bit versions.
two new "classic" comps were released as well:
la-2a and 1176

That will increase in sell for sure...

Just checked my user account and it looks like the two new effects are included in the update to my TRacks Standard and Shell (I own all of the effects).  Is that right IK Obi???

The 2 new comps are singles add ons. The 64 bit update is free. :)

Chears!

Re:t-racks x64 2011/06/15 17:46:46 (permalink)
I've installed 3.5 and haven't had to re-authorize anything.
I let the installer put 3.5 in Program Files (x86) that's where it wanted to go.
I then put the x64 plugin in "Program Files\Cakewalk\vstplugins".
I no longer see TRacks in the bit bridge icon in x64 like I was before.
Do I have this right?
Should there be an "IK Multimedia" in "Program Files" as well?

Thanks...

That's exactly what I did on the demos of both plugs. They worked as a 64bit plugin. I'm so glad they updated!

Hey IK Obi,

I have 44 jam points now on my account counting the bonus jam points just added today.
If I understand correctly, I can use the entirety of them on either of the two new comps.

Is this right?

Plus, you should get a 15% discount on either of the plugs and the other one free in their new Anniversary promo.

I think you better read the fine print on that one.
T-Racks singles are NOT included.
Also, 15% OR JamPoints, you can't use two promos on one purchase.

I think I have that right, I hope so!

@Jimbo Yes you can but you can only use 1 promo code per order so its Jam Points or the 15% off. So in your case you can get a new comp for $56 and then use the 15% off to get in on the group buy with something else.

The 15% off no problem, just not the 2 for 1.
At least that's the way I read it.
Any one use Amplitude 3?
I was kind of looking at that...

No we made a prommise to current owners that we wouldn't lower the price anytime soon. It would be unfair to those that just purchased the new comps. You can however use the 15 free jam points towards either comp. :)

See post #74. Basically no. But you can buy one with jam points and the other with $15 off.

Then I'll save em.  I've got compressors out the wazoola...including the UA emulations of same.  I'm sure that down the line there'll be an enticement that will get me off the dime...but this aint it.

Yorolpal:
You can use the 15 anniversary jampoints with your current jampoints, I just did the other day You can, however, not use jampoints and the 15% discount code at the same time, and the new T-RackS singles are not included in the 2-4-1. Still, with respect to the quality of these plugs they were a steal already at the original price of  $ 99.

DeeringAmps:
I use AT3 a lot, it's my absolute go to amp sim. I have GR4Pro as well and they both bring something different to the table. AT3 seems to add more of an organic living sound (which I prefer) while GR4 might sound more polished and 'studio'. If I had to choose one I'd go for AT3 and having both I still use AT3 the vast majority of times.

Sadly very reduced studio equipment as it is... ASUS G750J, 8 gb RAM, Win8, Roland Quad Capture.

Exactly, so you can use 1 promo code with an order. So either your jam points or the 15% off.

I use it in a bus. When I solo my left guitar bus (panned %100 left) and send it to the reverb bus, it comes out both sides. I'll try it again and make sure I'm not doing something wrong and get back to you.

I panned everything left and it still comes out both sides.
