uninstalled studio instruments on GT4

I have installed my gt4 upgrade,Everything seems to be fine apart from the studio instruments.i have a message saying missing plugins and the studio instruments have not beem installed on my computer.I have uninstalled gt4, started again and still have the same problem.when I navigate to the cakewalk site the error message says microsoft error 80004005.Can anyone help me please.Thanks.

    If you are confident I would run something like CCleaner after you have uninstalled GTP4. You can use this to remove registry entries that can get left behind and screw up your new install.
    Of course if you have other Cakewalk products apart from GTP4 you may have to be careful.

    Thanks Pete,
    I followed the link to the thread you suggested and after much perserverance and help from a mate,I found the plugin manager and now have use of the studio instruments.Thanks again,I am now having A brilliant time utilising the strings,piano etc into my new tunes.
