There's already been a response from Cakewalk re. this issue.

This thread was moved from the producer forum to here, no?...

Anyway, I'm gonna get a response out of them over this because I really am somebody they needn't mess with.

Just say the word Jonbouy just say the word.

It got resolved, obviously because.......

....are the 1020 of us who have been reading this thread for the sheer entertainment of it but were too scared to get our feet wet allowed to ask what Jimmy said as his explanation?

Ok time to weigh in.  Your getting free stuff, the upgrade is $300 OZ from 6 to 8.  Lets not fight amongst ourselves.  We have bigger fish to fry.  They are called Pro Tools, Cubase and Logic.

I’m not being conceited or arrogant, I just want to give away the formula for turning lead into gold.

I am happy to say that this problem has been resolved.

After speaking with Jimmy moments ago and being given an explanation, I am satisfied.

I additionally would like to offer an apology to anyone here who I may have offended.

No harm, no foul, glad you worked it out. I noticed on your affliates list that Cakewalk isn't listed. Don't they deserve a place there?

Hi Crg,

I would be very happy to place Cakewalk on my "Affiliates" page either for myself or one of my clients. Those are all either media affiliations or paid endorsements. There are actually many more, but those are some of the bigger ones.

I may go ahead and do it anyway, just out of love.

;)

Can't believe that I read all of this, and we still don't know what the resolution was from Jimmy... guessing we may never know ... another 20 minutes of my life wasted!  Should have been working on a song.
