When I was a teenager I used to buy those buckets of tabbacco and premade/filtered tubes that you load up with a ciggy making device.
 
One evening I ran out of tubes but still had tobbacco. With no other options to get my fix  I decided to try handrolling a smoke using a cut up envelope.
 
I do not recommend the use of envelopes as rolling papers.
